Lets look at some recent jobs and the lab results from each job: 

Job #1

Decatur, Georgia – an 1000 square foot crawl space with significant mold was holding up the sale of the home.  The pretest for mold showed very heavy mold growth on 2 of the 3 tests conducted.

Each area was marked to make sure the same area was tested after treatment. 

Once the cleaner and moisture barrier were applied, we waited about 48 hours for the product to fully work and went back for post test results.

As you can see from the lab results no mold was found after 48 hours.  We in no way can guarantee getting 0 mold spores on every post test; however, you can see the product significantly reduced the mold.

Job #2

Crawl space in Commerce, Georgia

This crawl space was good storage on one end with 7 feet of clearance.  The problem was the mold was very significant.  The home owner would sometimes cough badly when entering the crawl space and during periods of wet weather, mold could be found growing inside the home.
